The survey consisted of GHQ12 and questions regarding browsing status, administered as part of a 90-minute mental health course to learn stress self-checking and coping. The average GHQ12 score of new students was 3.25, which was low compared to the average 4.36 scored by university students in previous studies. Of students who answered the questionnaire, 60% browsed WEB newsletters. Results clarified that the higher the risk of general mental health, the lower the likelihood of students feeling connected to the university by browsing the WEB newspaper, and the lower the likelihood that their anxiety will be diminished. We discuss how to support students by means such as establishing a cooperation system within the university., 論文(Article)}, pages = {2--12}, title = {コロナ禍における大学新入生のメンタルヘルスと予防活動の効果}, volume = {7}, year = {2023} }
